Reservations 

• Outing reservations will be accepted up to two years in advance.
• An Outing Agreement will be prepared and signed for all outings.
• The number of players, food and beverage selections and all other elements and prices will be so specified in these agreements.

Additional Requirements & Information

• Dress Code – Proper golf attire is required. Please include this information with your player correspondence/ communications.
• Merchandise – Special order merchandise, such as logo items, may require more than 30 days to produce. See the Golf Professional for assistance with your prizes, giveaways, gifts and awards.
• Taxes/Gratuities – Sales taxes are included in the menu selections. An 10% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges.
• All food and beverage must be purchased from The Brassie Golf Club. There will be a $3.00 per person, per meal charge for use of caterers not coordinated through The Brassie Golf Club.
• Personal coolers are not allowed.  The outing will be billed $25 for every private cooler brought on to the course.
• In connection with the golf event/outing described, the sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Brassie Golf Club from any claims or liability arising out of any actions or omissions of any of the sponsor’s guests, either on or off the premises of The Brassie Golf Club.
• By State Law, any remaining or “back up” food items may NOT be taken from the premises.
